Affiliate Program Terms of Use

Welcome to the OnLinker Affiliate Program! Before participating, please carefully read and understand the terms and conditions outlined below. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Eligibility:
To be eligible for the OnLinker Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and agree to abide by these terms. OnLinker reserves the right to refuse or terminate an affiliate account for any reason.

2. Enrollment:
To enroll in the OnLinker Affiliate Program, you must complete the online application form. Once your application is approved, you will receive a unique affiliate ID.

3. Commissions:
OnLinker will pay affiliates $500 for every successfully referred client who completes a purchase through their affiliate link. Commissions are paid weekly via PayPal.

To qualify for the $500 bonus for every successful referral in OnLinker’s referral program, the following conditions must be met:

  • The referral must be a new client who has not previously engaged with OnLinker’s services.
  • The referral must not cancel the order or request a refund for any reason. If so, the affiliate won’t receive the $500 bonus.
  • The $500 bonus will only be paid once the referred client’s payment has been verified by OnLinker.
OnLinker will release the bonus to the affiliate only after certain conditions related to the referred client’s payment have been met and verified by OnLinker.

OnLinker’s steps to verify your referral include:

  1. Verification of Payment: Before releasing the bonus, OnLinker will verify that the referred client has made the required payment for the services they have signed up for. This verification process ensures that the payment transaction is legitimate and has been successfully processed.
  2. Confirmation of Completion: OnLinker ensures that the referred client has genuinely engaged with OnLinker’s services and that the affiliate’s referral has resulted in a successful conversion.
  3. Quality Assurance: Verifying the referred client’s payment helps OnLinker reduce the risk of issuing bonuses for referrals that do not lead to actual revenue or meaningful business relationships.
  4. Timely Payment: Once OnLinker has confirmed the referred client’s payment, the bonus will be paid out to the referring affiliate.
The affiliate won’t receive the bonus if the client cancels or requests a refund due to these reasons:

  1. Incomplete Service: If the client cancels or requests a refund, it indicates that the services provided by OnLinker were not fully utilized or deemed satisfactory by the client. In such cases, OnLinker may not consider the referral successful because the intended service delivery was not completed due to the refund request.
  1. Risk for the Company: If a client cancels or requests a refund, it implies a potential economic loss for OnLinker. Withholding the bonus in such cases helps offset this loss and ensures fair compensation for the resources expended.

OnLinker reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program and its associated bonuses at any time, without prior notice.

4. Referral tracking:
Affiliates will receive a unique tracking ID to ensure proper commission attribution. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to use the provided tracking link when promoting OnLinker to ensure accurate referral tracking.

OnLinker may have measures in place to validate referrals and prevent fraudulent activity, such as verifying the legitimacy of conversions and monitoring for suspicious behavior.

5. Payouts:
Commissions will be paid weekly via PayPal. Affiliates must provide accurate and up-to-date PayPal account information to receive payments.

6. Prohibited Activities:

Prohibited activities for affiliates refer to actions or behaviors that are strictly forbidden within the affiliate program of OnLinker.

Some common prohibited activities for affiliates may include:

  • Fraudulent Referrals: Any attempt by affiliates to generate referrals through fraudulent means, such as using fake leads, fabricated accounts, or deceptive tactics, is strictly prohibited.
  • Misrepresentation: Affiliates must not misrepresent OnLinker’s products, services, or brand in any way. This includes making false claims, exaggerations, or misleading statements about the benefits or features of OnLinker’s offerings.
  • Unsolicited Communication: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in spamming or sending unsolicited communications (such as emails, messages, or social media posts) to promote OnLinker’s services. All promotional activities must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws.
  • Trademark Infringement: Affiliates must respect OnLinker’s intellectual property rights and refrain from using OnLinker’s trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials in a manner that infringes upon those rights.
  • Incentivized Actions: Affiliates must not offer incentives, rewards, or inducements to potential referrals in exchange for signing up for or engaging with OnLinker’s services. All referrals must be genuine and based on the merits of OnLinker’s offerings.
  • Violations of Terms of Service: Affiliates must comply with OnLinker’s terms of service and any other relevant policies or guidelines. This includes adhering to any restrictions or limitations on promotional activities set forth by OnLinker.
  • Engaging in Illegal Activities: Affiliates must not engage in any illegal or unethical activities while promoting OnLinker’s services. This includes activities such as hacking, phishing, or any other form of unlawful behavior.
  • Conflicts of Interest: Affiliates must disclose any conflicts of interest that may arise in promoting OnLinker’s services, such as if they have a personal or financial relationship with potential referrals that could bias their recommendations.

By adhering to these prohibited activities, affiliates help maintain the integrity and effectiveness of OnLinker’s affiliate program, fostering a positive and mutually beneficial relationship between affiliates, referrals, and OnLinker itself.

Violations of these prohibitions may result in the termination of the affiliate relationship and potential legal consequences.

7. Termination:
OnLinker reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s account at any time for violation of these terms. If an affiliate account is terminated, any outstanding commissions will be forfeited.

8. Modification of Terms:
OnLinker may modify these terms at any time by providing notice to affiliates through the affiliate dashboard or via email. Affiliates are responsible for regularly checking for updates.

9. Relationship of Parties:
Participation in the OnLinker Affiliate Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between the affiliate and OnLinker.

10. Confidentiality:
Affiliates may not disclose confidential information about OnLinker, its products, or the affiliate program to third parties.

11. User Obligations
